Ras Al Khaimah: A law concerning the licensing and using of Jet Skis

The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah issued a law regarding licensing, leasing, and using Jet Skis, which stipulated that it is prohibited to launch or use unlicensed Jet Skis by the Federal Authority in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah or any competent authority from outside the emirate. It shall be permissible to grant temporary permits for racing or any temporary event specified by the competent authorities.
