Sharjah Police catch a COVID-19 patient for breaching quarantine instructions

Sharjah Police have caught a person who breached the isolation procedures despite his prior knowledge of being infected with COVID-19. The patient was put back in isolation with tightened control over him, while legal measures were taken against him. Sharjah police have recorded 2,486 violations of the precautionary measures within 15 days most notable is not wearing masks and lack of physical distancing in public closed areas and other violations related to the number of passengers in a vehicle exceeding 3 people.

Sharjah Police urges the community members to cooperate with the competent authorities to curb the spread of the pandemic by promptly reporting any violations of the precautionary measures implementation and measures taken by the country in this regard, wishing everyone health and safety.
