Advices his friend to pay a “bribe” to complete a transaction

A friend’s advice leads an Asian young man to three months in prison followed by deportation and a penalty of AED 5,000, according to RAK criminal court verdict.

He was accused of granting a bribe to an employee in one of the exit ports of the country, as his friend advised him to give the employee AED 100 to facilitate his transaction.
