The Federal Supreme Court overturned a verdict that obliged a wife to register a car under her spouse name and return it to him, where the plaintiff had registered it under her name willingly as a gift.

The husband filed a lawsuit against his wife who refused to return the car, demanding her to pay him AED 100,000 and transferring the ownership of the car to him.
