Driver went on trial for using the phone while driving

Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal looked into the case of a Gulf defendant who was accused of talking on the phone while driving recklessly. The court of the first instance fined him AED 20,500 and suspended his driving license for six months. The defendant appealed to reduce the period of his driving license suspension.
