Gulf man was acquitted of violating his neighbor

Fujairah Court of Appeal acquitted a Gulf man who was accused of invasion of his neighbour’s privacy by directing surveillance cameras on the victim’s courtyard. The defendant had no violation intentions and immediately rectified after the complaint, and the cameras were not placed in a hidden manner.
