Mohammed bin Rashid announces Dh180b budget for the next three years in the UAE

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, chaired a Cabinet meeting today, where it was decided to to give a go ahead to a zero-deficit budget for the next three years in the UAE.

His highness tweeted: “Today I chaired the Cabinet meeting. We approved our 3-years federal budget at AED 180 billion, 59% allocated to education & social development. Our budget is deficit free & next year’s budget is the biggest in our history.”

“We also approved a Federal Law regulating space sector.The purpose of this Law is to open the sector for investments, research and cooperation. Approving the biggest budget in our history & this law will take the UAE to new horizons.” His highness added.
