RAK: Man gets 3 years imprisonment for forging 6 entry visas

The Criminal Court in Ras Al Khaimah, headed by Counselor Sameh Shaker, sentenced an Asian man (in absence) to three years’ imprisonment and deportation from the country to after he was charged with forging entry visas for six African nationals in return for money received by the accused.

The man had issued 6 fake visas for African national workers and collected the money for each visa, he then sent the forged visa to the victims by Email.

Victims were surprised after they were detained at their country’s airport due to visa fraud.
