UAE, New Zealand promoting defence cooperation

Prospects for accelerating defence cooperation between UAE and New Zealand were the main focus of a meeting between Matar Salim Ali Al Dhaheri, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, and Helene Quilter, Secretary of Defence and Chief Executive of the Ministry of Defence of New Zealand.

At a meeting at the Ministry’s premises here today, the two exchanged views on the latest international and regional developments of common interest.

The meeting was attended by top brass from the two sides.
