Mohammed bin Rashid states to government employees, nothing passes without follow-up & transparency

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has posted a picture through his official twitter account that was taken by a secret shopper demonstrating a low level of services and a long waiting queue at “Emirates Post”, his highness also stated that this not the level of services expected from people on his team.

His Highness pointed out that a team had been sent to verify the level of Emirates Post services in one of their centres and the team returned a report, the service report monitored service efficiency, customer experience, absorptive capacity and service culture.
