Man jailed for entering girl’s house without permission

A man accused of harassing a girl and entering her home without her permission has been sentenced to one month in jail, according to Ras Al Khaimah Court of Appeal.
The court dismissed the harassment charge and the public indecency allegations, but found him guilty of trespassing.
According to official records, the GCC national, used to harass girls who were driving their cars at night, by telling them that part of their Abaya trapped outside the car’s door in order to make her stop and speak with them.
The GCC national had allegedly seen the girl driving her car around 1am and followed her home, He told her that she had a part of her Abaya stuck in the door and tried to ask for her number.
Surveillance cameras revealed that he drove into the gate of her home without her permission.
According to one of his friends that the defendant committed an indecent act in a public place.
The man claimed that the girl was living in his neighbourhood and that he can’t harass her.
