Korea’s foreign reserves rebound to US$443.16 billion in October

The Republic of Korea’s foreign reserves rebounded in October on increased foreign currency assets and management profits, the central bank said Wednesday.

The country’s foreign reserves stood at US$443.16 billion as of end-October, up US$2.6 billion from a month earlier, according to data from the Bank of Korea (BOK).

The BOK attributed the monthly increase to a rise in foreign currency deposits held by financial institutions and management profits.
