UAE embassy warns Emirati residents and visitors in Paris

UAE Embassy in Paris has posted a series of tweets on its official twitter account recommending Emirati residents and citizens of Paris to be prepared for the protests due to take place on Saturday, December 8.

“We advise that you do not leave your residence under any circumstances and avoid the Champs-Élysées and Place du Trocadéro, Place Vendôme, Place de l’Étoile, and any gardens or squares near the Élysées Palace as well as other areas of protest.

“This is in light of there being several main and arterial-road closures in and around Paris with other cities. Those who face any emergency can contact the embassy at the number 0033144340200.”
