UAE citizens receive surprise phone calls from Mohammed bin Rashid

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has surprised UAE citizens both in the country and abroad with phone calls from the number “1971”, congratulating them on UAE’s 47th National Day.
