Dubai: Headphones and glasses lead an Asian worker to trial

The Dubai Criminal Court started the first hearing for a trial of a 33-year-old Asian worker on Tuesday, the worker had been charged with stealing from passengers’ luggage in an airport in the country, while carrying the baggage as part of his job at the airport.

Details of the case reveal that a security guard at the airport testified that while he was doing his job, he saw the suspect moving suspiciously, which caused the security guard to keep an eye on him, he then saw the accused opening the bag of a passenger and putting his hand inside to reach out and steal from the passenger’s belongings, including a pair of headphones and glasses.
