Public Prosecution orders the imprisonment of a private company owner for defrauding the trainees of “Nafis”

The Public Prosecution ordered the imprisonment of a private company owner who fraudulently obtained sums of money from 296 trainees in the “Nafis” program and demanded them to deposit specific amounts in the company’s account, claiming that it is for a charity initiative.

He also threatened them that if they did not participate in the donation, they would “Fail” in their training evaluation.
