Sharjah Police warn against the misuse of social media platforms

Sharjah Police warn against the misuse of social media platforms in a manner that violates public morals or behaviors that affect others through offensive expressions, such as insults and defamation.

The penalty for such conduct is imprisonment and a fine of not less than AED 250,000 and not more than AED 500,000, or one of these two punishments.
