“Dubai Prosecution” refers a 17-year-old Asian juvenile to the court on charges of committing the felony of theft on a public road and two misdemeanors of impersonating a public officer and consuming alcohol.

The accused assaulted a person and stole his wallet, impersonating a security officer after drinking alcohol.
