Dubai Ruler orders release of 1,040 prisoners ahead of UAE’s 51st National Day

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, orders the release of 1,040 prisoners from the correctional and penal institution who meet the amnesty conditions, on the occasion of the 51st National Day.
