Jumping the red signal kills a motorcyclist in Umm Al Quwain

Umm Al Quwain Police: An “Arab” motorcyclist died and his companion was seriously injured after jumping a red signal and colliding with another vehicle coming from the opposite direction, in front of Umm Al Quwain Mall intersection.
