Sharjah issues a circular on new work system’s mechanism

“Human Resources” in Sharjah issues a circular regarding the mechanisms for implementing the official work system in government entities as of January 1, 2022, as the official working hours for Sharjah government employees will be from Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

The government entity may specify the working hours in the morning or evening according to the work system and need, provided that it should not be less than 8 hours per day.

Employees must adhere to the shift system set by the entity, and in the event of non-compliance with the controls in force, necessary action will apply.
