Clarification on the new commercial agencies law

In refute to what has been reported by international media, the Ministry of Economy clarifies that the new commercial agencies law is still in the stages of its legislative cycle according to the mechanism followed in the UAE for issuing and approving laws.

As it was recently transferred from the Cabinet to the Federal National Council for discussion and might be subject to further amendments in cooperation between the competent committees of the National Assembly and the concerned government entities.
