Dubai: A public relations officer on trial for misappropriating funds of a public institution

Dubai Prosecution” has referred a public relations officer to the criminal court on the charge of misappropriating AED 44, 600 from a public institution, where he had worked at for nearly eight months.

The defendant admitted that he had spent the funds and requested a one week grace period to return the amounts.
