Civil Defence Abu Dhabi, British Embassy discuss cooperation

Brigadier General Mohammed Ibrahim Alameri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority has met with Sophia Brecknell, Deputy British Ambassador to the UAE.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation in various fields of mutual concern, especially in capacity-building in the areas of firefighting and rescue, dealing with dangerous materials, civil protection, psychological support for field staff.

They also tackled building partnerships with the relevant authorities in the field of emergency work and civil protection.

Officials and representatives from both sides attended the meeting.
