Public Prosecution: Exposing the child to negligence is punishable by law

UAE Public Prosecution: According to the child rights “Wadeema’s Law”, shall be sentenced to imprisonment or a fine not less than AED 5000 any custodian who exposes the child to rejection, homelessness, negligence or leave him/her without education during the compulsory education stage without due reason.
