4 defendants referred to “Dubai Criminal Court” for murder

Dubai Public Prosecution has referred 4 defendants of African and Asian nationalities to the criminal court on the charges of theft and murder, as they have killed a security guard at a building under construction during their attempt to steal electrical cables from the site. They tied his hands and feet, blindfolded him, and held his breath by blocked his nose and mouth with duct tape.
