Federal government launches “Mystery Shopper” Application

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai announced the launch of the “Mystery Shopper” application in eight languages, with the aim of providing an opportunity to evaluate all government services provided to the public , as well as evaluating service providers, service delivery centers, and sending any comments to the concerned about the quality of our government services.

His Highness added via his official account on Twitter: “The government will continue to open new channels to listen to the public permanently. Any comments sent by users will be included in the official evaluation of these centers and be among the performance reports submitted to the Cabinet”.
