Increase the gratuity of an Arab employee to AED 402,000

Abu Dhabi Labour Court issued a Verdict to increase the gratuity of an Arab employee working at one of the contracting companies, from AED 274,000 to AED 402,000 after he filed a lawsuit. He worked in the company for 17 years and he deserved delayed salaries, allowances and end-of-service. The court obliged the Company to pay the amount.
