15 years imprisonment for the murderer of his wife in RAK

RAK Criminal Court of Appeal reduced the verdict for a Gulf man who deliberately murdered his wife, from life imprisonment to 15 years in prison.

The court of the first instance had sentenced him to life imprisonment and obliged him to pay AED 200,000 as legal blood for the victim’s heirs and the Public Prosecution appealed the ruling and demanded that the defendant shall sentenced to death and to pay a heavy legal blood.
