A defendant on trial for counterfeiting a trademark

The Federal Supreme Court overturned an appeal convicted a defendant working in a company specialized in computer devices trade, and penalized him AED 10,000 after using a registered trademark in the country on counterfeit products. The court confirmed that the validity of the conviction is required to have the knowledge of the accused that he possessed counterfeited products with Trademark for selling purposes.
