TRA: One month rental charges for prematurely exit contracts for Etisalat, Du users

The UAE’s telecommunications regulator (TRA) announced on Tuesday that customers will not have to pay more than a month’s rental charges when prematurely cancelling a contract with their service provider.

“As of 1 January 2020, the customers won’t have to pay for more than a month’s rental charges when you prematurely exit the contract the service providers,” the TRA tweeted.
