Saudi Prosecution:

• Preliminary judgments against 11 accused in the Khashoggi case, including 5 death penalty sentences.
• Representatives from Khashoggi family and from Turkey attended the case hearings.
• The Saudi consul proved his presence elsewhere at the time of Khashoggi murder.
• Investigations have revealed that there was no prior intention to kill Khashoggi.
• Saud Al-Qahtani was investigated for the murder of Khashoggi and he was not convicted of any charges.
• Ahmad Asiri was released after being interrogated for lack of evidences against him.
