Shipmasters are acquitted from the charge of infiltrating others

The Federal Supreme Court upheld the acquittal verdict for two shipmasters who were accused of infiltrating others into the country in a boat.
Public Prosecution appealed against the verdict but the court stressed the lack of evidence to prove the criminal intent of the defendants.
