An Arab man forged a graduate certificate

Dubai Public Prosecution referred an Arab man to the Criminal Court for forging a stamp issued by the UAE Embassy and used it on a graduate certificate issued from a university in his home country. He brought the certificate to UAE despite his knowledge of its in-authenticity .
