A maid sentenced to six months in prison for stealing her sponsor

Ras Al Khaimah Criminal Court has sentenced an Asian maid to six months in prison followed by deportation after being charged with stealing money from her sponsor.

The sons of the victim found large amounts of money transfer invoices after the death of their mother in the name of the maid. When they faced her she admitted that she was taking advantage of the deceased illness and her visual impairment before and used to deduct some money during shopping.
