Weather alert: it will be hot and sunny

According to the National Centre of Meteorology, the weather will be hot and sunny across the UAE on Saturday with temperatures reaching up to 43°C.

Light winds from the south east will blow across the country in the morning, providing a gentle breeze.

Humidity will be high in the evening in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, nearing 50 percent as the sunsets.

The sun will rise at 5.51am and set at 7.05pm.

Conditions are set to be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in the Sea of Oman.
