Abu Dhabi: Asian on trial for misleading justice

The Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal looked into the case of an Asian man who is charged with misleading justice and unintentionally causing the destroying two vehicles belonging to two companies, one real estate and the other environmental, and driving a vehicle without a driver’s license.

The case details indicate that the defendant misled justice by claiming that the second defendant in the case stole a vehicle.

During the trial on Wednesday, he denied the intention of misleading justice and admitted to destroying the two vehicles and driving without a driver’s license.

He asked the court for exemption him of fine, and the court decided to sentence him on Sunday 28 July.
