FAHR issues circular regarding “Back to School” policy

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources issues a circular to all federal ministries and entities in the UAE regarding the “Back to School” policy:

• Employees are granted flexibility in arriving and departing on the first day of school/nursery to pick up their children to and from school or home, for a period not exceeding three hours.
• Employees may be granted leave for a period not exceeding three hours to attend parent-teacher meetings, graduation ceremonies, or child-related activities.
