UAE President issues federal decree promoting Hamdan bin Mohammed to the rank of Lieutenant General

The UAE President issued a federal decree promoting His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to the rank of Lieutenant General.
