Dubai Public Prosecution refers a 17-year-old juvenile to the Court

Dubai Public Prosecution referred a 17-year-old juvenile who had (along with another one referred to the misdemeanor court) stolen a motorcycle belonging to a delivery company, to the Juvenile Court, for the two misdemeanors of theft and arson.

As they have stolen the bike when he parked it nearby a restaurant, drove it to another area, pulled out the bike’s petrol tube, and burned it. The court ordered the juvenile accused to be placed under judicial probation.
