WhatsApp to soon let users transfer chats from one iPhone to another without iCloud

WhatsApp is working on a new feature named ‘Transfer Chats to iPhone’ that lets users transfer chats to a new iPhone without using an iCloud backup.

Users will need to download WhatsApp on their new iPhones, register with the same phone number, and use the old device to scan the QR code shown on the new phone to transfer their chat history.
