UAE President issues Emiri decree appointing Saif Saeed Ghobash as Secretary-General of Abu Dhabi Executive Council with rank of Department Chairman

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued an Emiri decree appointing Saif Saeed Ghobash as Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, with the rank of Department Chairman.
