The National Center of Meteorology announces the expected weather conditions from Monday, January 23, to Friday, January 27:
• The country is affected by a surface air pressure system from the southwest with an extension of an upper air pressure system from the north, accompanied by an air current from the west and a cold and moist air mass in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
• On Monday, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a chance of rains, and the air system will gradually deepen in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
• On Tuesday, the amount of clouds will increase with some convective clouds associated with rains of different intensity in scattered areas of the country at intervals.
• Winds will be moderate in speed, freshening at times, and strong with convective clouds, causing blowing dust that may lead to low horizontal visibility.
