UAE President condoles Congolese counterpart over victims of terrorist attack

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed to Congolese President Felix Tshisekedi his heartfelt condolences and sympathies over the victims of the terrorist attack that occurred in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo and claimed the lives of a number of civilians.

This was communicated today during a phone call in which Sheikh Mohamed reaffirmed the UAE’s support for the friendly Congolese people in the face of violence and terrorism.
President Tshisekedi thanked and appreciated His Highness for his honest sentiments toward the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its people.
