Private company referred to the Public Prosecution

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation referred a private company to Public Prosecution due to deducting sums from the financial support allocated to “Nafis” program for Emirati trainees who joined it.

Upon investigation, it was found that the company required them to pay monthly contributions from what they received from “Nafis” under the pretext of what the company called “humanitarian” initiatives.
