Dubai: British driver sentenced to one-month imprisonment

Dubai Traffic Court sentenced a British driver (42 years old) to one-month imprisonment and suspended his driving license for six months on the charges of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol (the alcohol level in the accused’s body was found to be 179%), jumping a red light, driving in the opposite direction, and destroying assets owned by others.
