“TDRA” issues alert regarding zoom application

The Telecommunications and the Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA): Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in “Zoom” application for communication on various platforms, which may cause users’ devices to be compromised.

Accordingly, TDRA asks “Zoom” users to update the program and ensure to have its latest updated version.

In a statement, a spokesperson from “Zoom” confirmed that the problem has been solved: “As detailed on our Zoom Security Bulletin page, we have already resolved these security issues. As always, we recommend users keep up to date with the latest version of Zoom to take advantage of Zoom’s latest features and security updates. Zoom also offers automatic updates to help users stay on the latest version.”
