Sharjah Consultative Council approves draft law to reorganise LSDA

The Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) approved a draft law to reorganise the Labour Standards Development Authority (LSDA) in the Emirate of Sharjah after introducing a number of amendments.

This came during SCC’s session held on Thursday evening, as part of its work for the third ordinary session of the tenth legislative term at its headquarters in the city of Sharjah, headed by Ali Mehad Ali Mehad Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC).

Salem Yousef Al Qaseer, Chairman of Labour Standards Development Authority; Sheikh Mohammed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director of Labour Standards Development Authority; Legal Adviser Humaid bin Dimas; Eisa Saif bin Handhal, Director of Sharjah Government Legal Department; and Sultan Humaid Al Jarwan, Legal Researcher at Sharjah Government Legal Department, attended by the session.
