RAK: Smart cameras to be activated at these junctions

Ras Al Khaimah Police have activated today smart road monitor cameras at the junctions of Awafi Bridge and Al Hadaf to detect overspeeding and jumping red light violations, which incurs a fine of AED 1,000, 12 traffic points, and one-month vehicle impoundment.

The Radars will also detect non-compliance with the mandatory lane.
