The Dubai Police Women’s Council has recently organized the “Mother of the Nation” march at Expo 2020 Dubai.

Expert Major Anoud Al Saadi, Head of the Dubai Police Women’s Council, confirmed that Council takes pride in celebrating the “Mother of the Nation” Week, which highlights the success and achievements of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF), the Mother of the Nation, who has been named the most influential figure in women’s rights in 2021 by the Arab Council for Social Responsibility (ACSR).

Major Al Saadi said the celebratory march toured Expo 2020 Dubai with the participation of the Council’s members and female military and civilian employees from Dubai police and many female visitors of the global event.

The head of the Dubai Police Women’s Council further explained that their participation in the “Mother of the Nation” week stems from the support of the Dubai Police General Command for Emirati women, whose remarkable efforts have indeed been evident in every field including policing and security.
